On July 20, the U.S. House of Representatives, by an overwhelming 410-8 margin, voted to unconditionally endorse Israel's ongoing attacks on Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. The Senate passed a similar resolution defending the Israeli attack earlier in the week by a voice vote, but included a clause that “urges all sides to protect innocent civilian life and infrastructure.” By contrast, the House version omits this section and even praises Israel for “minimizing civilian loss,” despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. The resolution also praises President George W. Bush for “fully supporting Israel,” even though Bush has blocked diplomatic efforts for a cease-fire and has isolated the United States in the international community by supporting the Israeli attacks. ..BEIRUTONLINE

Each person explains a certain feeling, sensation or reaction, from the way he experiences it or live it. Recently I have seen, lived and sensed the deepest meaning of terrorism and its “beauty”; while it is violence and intimidation, threats and fears, aggression and sadism to someone,
it would be something else for another…
It is a nice laughter of someone while another is being shredded in thousands of pieces.
It is a child playing in a dominant, prevailing and most of all democratic” Country” when another on the other side of the world is paying his life as price of freedom, existence and other heroic terms that he does not have to die for!!
It is theories and presumptions of world leaders, flying and moving from a country to another, talking and addressing in front of thousands, taking our breath away with their dazzling speeches, and sensational words, while others are living those theories, receiving thousands of bullets, and their breath is being taking away.
The “ beauty” of terrorism is when you receive the bombs, you live in shelters, you get shot, you loose every single person you know, you love, you cherish and you still be known as “terrorist”.
If this is the meaning of terrorism, if this is what others see in those who died in Qana, Srifa and Marwahin massacres,
if this is the description of what the international community is giving to all the people who are being attacked in Lebanon from whoever they consider to be a NON TERRORIST, then YES we are terrorist, and this is the beauty of it!!
From all this, arises the new vision of a “non- terrorist system”, the new concept of democracy that justify all the acts of this “non- terrorist country”, the right to kill, demolish and eradicate families, and villages; SORRY. A magical word used by this “non- terrorist nation” that will erase the humanitarian sensation of world leaders, permitting more extermination to happen.
